The agreement is concluded between the Provider and you, as an individual or legal entity purchasing or using NagataPress.

Service and licence plans

NagataPress is a premium WordPress plugin for AI translation and related digital services. Available tiers: One Site (1 website) and Unlimited (unlimited websites).

Licence duration is typically 12 months unless shown otherwise at checkout. If marketing text differs from checkout or licence data, the checkout/licence data prevails.

Account and licence key

Keep your credentials and licence key confidential, use the licence only within purchased limits, and notify us without undue delay if you suspect misuse. Licence sharing, redistribution or circumventing activation limits is prohibited.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Some plans renew automatically. Renewal terms and amounts are shown at checkout. You may cancel before the next charge date in your customer portal; access stays active until the paid period ends.

Pricing and payment

Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is calculated at checkout by country. Payments are processed by Creem.io as Merchant of Record, including invoicing and tax handling. By completing checkout you also accept Creem.io buyer terms.

Delivery of digital content

After payment or trial activation, access is provided without undue delay via licence activation, download access and a confirmation email containing your licence key.

Withdrawal rights (EU/CZ)

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right under Section 1829(1) of the Czech Civil Code. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost once performance begins, where the legal conditions under Section 1837 are met. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

Support and updates

During an active licence you receive plugin updates and support (typically Mon-Fri, 10:00-15:00 CET). Support may be limited for modified code, unsupported server configurations or third-party issues.

Intellectual property and prohibited use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may not resell or sublicense keys, bundle NagataPress into unauthorised mass hosting, reverse-engineer licensing controls or use the service unlawfully.

Warranty and liability

NagataPress is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, except where exclusion is not permitted by law, including intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz). EU consumer redress: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
