New purchases and upgrades include a 21-day free trial where available at checkout. Charges happen only after the trial ends or on renewal.

Cancel anytime from your Creem.io customer portal before the charge date and you won’t be charged. We send email reminders before the trial ends and before renewals.

Refunds

If you were charged because you forgot to cancel, contact [email protected]:

Within 24 hours of the charge → 100% refund.

24 hours to 5 days → refund minus a 30% processing fee.

After 5 days → no refund.

Important notes

Refunds are processed through Creem.io payment workflows. Include your order email and order ID to speed things up. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
